Finding a heating & cooling company you can trust and depend on is, of course, not easy. Our furnace stopped working just prior to Christmas. The Martinov company came soon, found and fixed the problem the same day. The $400 + part was covered by our warranty and there was no service charge. We are very grateful!

I have so many good things to say about Martinov. They work extremely hard, are very communicative, and are fairly priced. Branislav is a very respectable and hardworking guy and Gail is wonderful to speak to as well as extremely helpful and accommodating to last minute changes. We had Chuck, Gage, Samual, and Jessie working hard on our job in an old Victorian basement. They did excellent work. All of their work was neat and professional and they readily answered all our questions and easily adapted to changes in the plan. Highly recommend.

Excellent work! This will be my new go to company and I’m so grateful to have found them after years of crappy contractors. We needed an unexpected boiler replacement and then ended up replacing the water heater as well. These guys were highly efficient and didn’t cut any corners. I can't say enough about Umesh! He was awesome! This was not an easy job, but he stuck with it and got my hot water heater running like the first day it was installed. He was personable and explained what was happening every step of the way. I hope if we have to call for anything else that he will be available to help again

They are fair and honest and do not take advantage of you. Plenty of times they could have had us pay more for something not needed but they are always honest and find the most cost-effective way to make your system last vs. replacement. Cody specifically was amazing today, super knowledgeable and friendly and goes above and beyond to get answers and find the most cost-effective route to take. Highly recommend them if you need any HVAC services!

Always do a great job for us anytime we call

On 2/17/26, Cody came to our home to investigate a noise we were hearing while our furnace was operating. He watched/listened to the short video that I had recorded, then went downstairs to assess the situation. As we were talking, the issue that I had called about occurred, so he could see firsthand what was going on. He assured us that there was nothing wrong, just a change in air pressure. He then performed annual maintenance on the furnace. We could tell that he’s very knowledgeable about furnaces, which gave us confidence in his abilities. In fact, prior to him leaving, I showed him a couple of vents that have never put out much air, and he went back downstairs to look at the duct configuration. He explained that every time there’s a bend, it’s as though another five feet has been added to the ductwork. The more bends, the more air that has to be pushed. We appreciated him taking the time to explain this to us. I highly recommend Cody.

We had such a great experience with Martinov Home Solutions. They installed a brand-new boiler system for us and also helped with a repair, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Baine was so helpful and really took the time to walk me through the best system for our house. He explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t rush me at all. I felt really confident in the decision we made. Umesh and his team did an amazing job. The work was not rushed — it was done the right way. You can tell they care about doing quality work and making sure everything is done properly. I am very pleased with the end result and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

I had them come out to look at my furnace and they knew exactly what was wrong with it. I was told that because it was almost 20 years old that it needed to be replaced. The process was quick and easy and the guys were very professional. The price was very reasonable and getting a loan to pay for the job was very easy because the owner Branislav Martinov walked me through the whole process while I was applying for it. I would definitely recommend this company.
