Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and professional

We have used Martinov for years and absolutely LOVE them! Bane and is team are always professional, kind, courteous, and do exceptional work at an incredibly fair and honest price. They take the extra time to make sure you have the right solution and leave the work site clean and ready to enjoy the solutions they put in place. A big THANK YOU to Martinov for taking such great care of us!

Company was very quick communication was excellent and time to arrive at my home was great as well, they fixed my AC unit and went above and beyond what he had to do for my problem, educated me on future maintenance. Front to end, from call to their dispatch, to the time he left was a painless, informative and good experience. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I have used this company since my initial installation. Phone calls are always returned and any service call is typically within a day. These are extremely knowledgeable, efficient , and polite folks that work for Martinov. Prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't use anyone else. Cody was great at explaining everything and extremely helpful .

Our Carrier A/C stopped working in the middle of the night. A very hot July morning. Adam came out and fixed us up in a short period of time. Everyone at Martinov is so friendly and professional. Good people. Will continue to use them for years to come.

Very knowledgeable, kind, not “pushy.”

Martinov was recommended by a neighbor to trouble shoot a loud blower motor replaced in January 2026 by a different company. I appreciated updates on arrival and the technician to expect. Service fee is reasonable. Cody was professional, thorough and very friendly. He provided four options for repairs, including replacement and next steps. He explained why each option was offered and encouraged me to reach out with questions, assuring me the entire is staff helpful. Cody made it clear that Martinov is interested in us being continued happy customers.
