I was pleased that they were able to come same day. Baine came out to assess our situation with our furnace He explained the issue and the best solution. I even received a follow up call from Baine the next day with another option. Even though we didnt purchase from this company, the customer service was great!

Sam did a fantastic job on a repair to our HVAC system today. All the technicians at Martinov HVAC are fantastic. We’ve had most of them out at one time or another and have been 100% satisfied with each and every one of them. Martinov is a great local company to deal with here in North eastern Ohio. I highly recommend them.

Umesh Chhetri was our technician and he was professional and kind. Came out to do maintenance on furnace and did it very quickly. Assume everything is good. All of the techs have always been great.

Rohit’s team of technicians worked all day installing a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and hot water tank as well as 2 thermostats. They did a wonderful job and explained each piece of equipment to us. I highly recommend them and Martinov Heating and Cooling!
