I’ve used Martinov for years (so has my neighbor!) and they are trustworthy, reasonable and kind. I appreciate having a vendor I can depend on! They are super responsive and knowledgeable. I’ll never change HVAC providers.

Cody with Martinov completed our annual AC maintenance check up and later returned to clean the furnace blower motor. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient both times. He also explained everything clearly. We are pleased with the service.

Rohit & Bikram installed both both. AO SMITH, water heater with gas shutoff valve, & new BRYANT furnace. Cleaned out evaporator coils of tons of dust & debris, which is what caused old furnace to overheat & shut down. Great advice on furnace filter maintenance & Gas water heater etc. They know their Stuff. 🤩🦜parrot lover.

Martinov and Sam Matejin did a great job during the process leading up to the install of a HVAC system in a rental property. I needed to contact him a few times with questions and concerns and he was always instantly available and knowledgeable. He contacted me when the installers were on their way so I could meet them and let them in so I wouldn't have to arrive early and wait for them during the 2 hour arrival window, which was appreciated. The price of the system was very reasonable and the dollar amount was comparable to other quotes received but Martinov's system was a higher end Bryant system regarded as higher quality than the other systems I was quoted by competitors and included 2 chimney liners for both of the HVAC units and the water heaters for each of the two units in the rental, which others did not. The installers were great and friendly and knowledgeable and re-routed drainage pipes from in front of the air filters on both furnaces so I don't have to bend them to install a filter. They strapped everything down well as compared to previous installs so that everything is secure. It's only been a few days since the install but the tenants are both happy and heat is working properly. The installers left the area cleaner than they found it. Overall, we are very satisfied with the price, materials, and labor provided and look forward to contacting Martinov in the future with our home system and and maintenance issues.

Professional service. Good quote and price. Came out quickly for install at our rental and encountered a bees nest. Quickly rescheduled to accomodate removal of bees and installed system without delay. Highly recommend. Our home unit finally gave out and they came and provided several options. Price was very fair and they were out quickly and installed. Worked in the cold to get unit installed and were very efficient.

Excellent work! This will be my new go to company and I’m so grateful to have found them after years of crappy contractors. We needed an unexpected boiler replacement and then ended up replacing the water heater as well. These guys were highly efficient and didn’t cut any corners. I have so many good things to say about Martinov. They work extremely hard, are very communicative, and are fairly priced. Branislav is a very respectable and hardworking guy and Gail is wonderful to speak to as well as extremely helpful and accommodating to last minute changes. We had Chuck, Gage, Samual, and Jessie working hard on our job in an old Victorian basement. They did excellent work. All of their work was neat and professional and they readily answered all our questions and easily adapted to changes in the plan. Highly recommend.

Finding a heating & cooling company you can trust and depend on is, of course, not easy. Our furnace stopped working just prior to Christmas. The Martinov company came soon, found and fixed the problem the same day. The $400 + part was covered by our warranty and there was no service charge. We are very grateful!

Umesh was great. Polite, knowledgeable and went the extra mile answering my question about humidifiers and UV lights. Always first rate. Martinov has the best technicians.
